From the daily drama or serenity of the sky, to figures, to the minutely observed details of a scene or ordinary object, I take a profound visual pleasure in the world around me. My goal is, as Henry James wrote, “to leave a multitude of pictures of my time.” I hope they bring a degree of contemplative pleasure to those who encounter them.
